About NUK

It all began with the Maisto 1:18 scale speedway bikes, and since then we have added our own in-house produced standing rider figures, also in 1:18 scale as well as 1:18 & 1:43 scale vans and various other accessories.

From the very first hand-painted Maisto bike, a Jason Crump 2006 model which was auctioned on ebay, to the latest ones, every model receives the same attention to detail for a quality finish.

The very early models were done completely by hand-painting the designs and logos. All our models, although still individually hand-painted, now have professional water-slide decals for a superb realistic look and are finished with a clear lacquer to protect the livery.

PLEASE NOTE: Fluorescent colours are light sensitive and can fade if exposed to direct sunlight. If you have models with fluorescent colours we recommend you keep them away from direct sunlight, i.e, not on a widow ledge, as we cannot be responsible for colour fading. Under normal circumstances, fluorescent colours should be ok. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.
